Fishing, use of Bath House, and use of Dumping Station are included with all short term rentals. Rental rates quoted are for one family.

                Campsite with Water, Sewer and Electric:  Day $20.00. 

          Campsite with Water and Electric:  Day $15.00. 

                        Visitors per person per day (fishing included):  $3.00.

                        Electric Heater or Air Conditioner per day:  $4.00.

                        Row Boat, Canoe or Paddleboat per day:  $2.50.

                        Power Boat or Jet Ski per day:  $5.00.

Mobile Home monthly rental rates are determined individually and take into account whether the site has seasonal water or all year water.  Mobile Homes are not subject to visitor charges as are short term or seasonal sites.

                        Unlimited off season use:  $100.00

                        Off season use per day:  $4.00

Payment of the Unlimited Visitors fee eliminates the need to account for individual visitors.  Sites with visitors not covered by the Unlimited Visitor option will be assessed the Unlimited Visitor charge if it is obvious that the regular visitor fees are not being declared and paid.         

Half of the seasonal rent is due by March 15th. The balance is due by June 15th. 

To reserve your seasonal site for next season a $100.00 non refundable rent payment is due by December 1^st. This permits you to store your unit on site until the next season and is part of your next season charge.  Otherwise your camper must be removed by December 1^st.

MOBILE HOME: Living Room, Eat in Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms and full Bathroom for 6 people maximum:            Day $50.00.  Week $300.00.  Month $900.00.

Private Parties, Reunions, Weddings, Receptions, Etc.

                   Unlimited off season use:  $100.00

                   Off season use per day:  $4.00

                   Visitors per person per day (fishing included): $3.00

                   Electric Heater per day:  $4.00

     In order to use your camper off season you must be fully paid up and must have paid the $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your site for the next season.

    If you have paid the seasonal rate for a boat you may continue to use it off season without paying the day rate.

    Seasonal Extra Refrigerators must be shut down through the off season unless other arrangements are made.

    Water is available from the all year faucet outside the Green House and from the all year faucet outside the Old Office Mobile Home.

    Shoveling or plowing of snow is your responsibility.

    All year access to your site cannot be guaranteed.
