DESCRIPTION OF RENTALS

THE RANCH HOUSE

    There are four bedrooms, a large Living Room, an Eat-In Kitchen and 1 1/2 Bathrooms. 

    There are two double beds in two of the bedrooms and one double bed in each of the other two bedrooms. 

    Dishes, pots and pans and silverware are furnished.  Renters furnish their own bedding and towels. 

    Large yard with campfire ring.                              

    A maximum of 10 people.

    This house is available for rental year round.

        THE CHALET  

   There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each one, a loft with two cots, and in the Living Room there is a Queen size pull-out sofa

    There is a vaulted ceiling in the Living Room with a fantastic view of the lakes from the balcony.  There is an  eat-in Kitchen off a small deck and two full Bathrooms.  There is a Franklin stove in the Living Room.  

    Dishes, pots and pans and silverware are furnished.  Renters furnish their own bedding and towels.

    A maximum of 8 people.  Check to see if it is available in the winter time. 

    THE COTTAGES

Cabin 1

     Each cottage has a large front porch, two Bedrooms, a shower Bathroom and an open Kitchen/Living Room combination.  There is a double bed and a single bed in each bedroom in one cottage.  In the other cottage is a queen size bed and a single bed in one bedroom and a double bed and single bed in the other bedroom.  Both Cottages have a large picnic table on their porch. 

    Dishes, pots and pans and silverware are furnished.  Renters furnish their own bedding and towels. 

    A maximum of 6 people in each cottage. 

   THE MOBILE HOME

    There are two Bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the Bathroom. The other bedroom has two bunk beds. There is a full Bathroom with a shower in the tub.  The Kitchen is an Eat-in Kitchen, and the Living Room has a fold out sofa bed. 

    Dishes, pots and pans and silverware are furnished.  Renters furnish their own bedding and towels. 

    A maximum of 6 people.  

THE PAVILION

     The Pavilion has hot and cold running water, a stove, a refrigerator, two Bathrooms and a shower.  There are eight large picnic tables.   

    There is also a wood burning stove which can be used to heat the building in cooler weather or off season. 

    Excellent for Private Parties, Reunions, Weddings, Receptions, Showers, Group Camping, Etc.

    The Pavilion can be rented for group camping when not reserved for other use.  It is generally available for rental to hunters off season through December 15th.
